IS THIS LEGAL? I’VE HEARD THAT IT IS NOT LEGAL TO USE DRONES FOR AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY?

We are 100% legal. All our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified which allows us to legally operate for commercial use. In addition we are extensively trained and fully insured.

Why do I need to hire a "licensed" drone pilot? Can't anyone with a drone take photos?

The FAA requires that a drone operator flying for commercial purposes be licensed. Failure to comply could result in hefty fines imposed by the FAA.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Surprisingly much less than you’d expect. Our pricing for video production is simply the same as our hourly rate for standard video shoots. HOW LONG TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TIME FOR AERIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOS?

Typically less than 48 hours but the more time you can give us the better for us.

HOW quick is your turn around time for editing?

Photo editing is guaranteed within 48 business hours, but we do our best to deliver before that.  Video editing is dependent on the scope of the project.

WHAT IF I NEED A HIGH RESOLUTION PICTURE FOR A FLYER OR WEBSITE?

No problem and no additional charge. Just let us know and we will provide it for you.

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO TO THE PICTURES TO PUT THEM ON THE MLS FOR REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY?

No, we deliver them to you MLS ready in the highest possible resolution the MLS will allow.

Can you fly in the rain?

Until they make a waterproof drone that flies...we are weather dependent! That being said, we will do our best to reschedule your aerial shoot as soon as possible.
